What are your workout suggestions to someone who wants to start lifting and ultimately look like you muscle wise but doesn't have much experience?

I would definitely focus on shoulders and chest really build those up along with back. I never worry so much about arms I mean you can do curls and whatnot but I would say focus more on getting your chest broad and your shoulders big and then cutting your back up. A lot flat bench and incline bench and then a lot of shoulder press in front of your head behind you with long or dumbbells and a lot of shoulder raises in the front and side with dumbbells also start cranking out a lot of push up maybe 250 a day. If you want to help get some weight on your body I would look up a protein called up your mass on bodybuilding.com and order the 5 pound tub of whatever flavor you think sounds good. If you take that right it should help you put on a good 10 or 15 pounds in a couple weeks so I would definitely suggest that.
